With safe smooth edges, this single-player board game helps children develop their strategic planning, problem solving, spatial reasoning, hand-eye coordination and fine-motor skills.

✔ The game starts with 32 pegs that fill the entire board, except for the central hole that remains empty. The player jumps one peg at a time over an adjacent peg -- horizontal or vertical but never diagonal -- into an empty hole and removes the jumped peg. The objective of the game is to remove all of the pegs off the board, except for the last one. The player can also make more than one jump with the same peg during the same turn.

✔ In the Peg Solitaire solution, as shown below, arrows are used to illustrate which peg should be moved. The arrows also indicate the direction of the jump, and show the square the peg should end up at.
