Q1: How do you ensure product quality?
A1: We implement quality control points at multiple stages of production. During the initial production run, we ensure all subsequent items meet the same quality standards. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we conduct a  percentage-based quality check to ensure consistency. Our packaging staff is also trained to perform quality checks during the packaging process. Upon request, we are also able to conduct a final percentage quality check prior to shipping. 

Q2: What is your MOQ for OEM/ODM products?
A2: The MOQ for our products is 1000 sets.  However, we would be happy to provide a personalized quote based on your requirements. MOQ may be discussed based on add-on services such as stickers, manuals, and packaging.

A3: We provide volume pricing for our products. Kindly let us know the products you are interested in and we would be more than happy to provide a quote for you.

Q4: What is your lead time?
A4: The lead time is approximately 25 days excluding weekends and holidays based on normal delivery conditions. The delivery time for larger quantities or customized goods may be extended based on the order. 

Q5: Shipping Method
A5: Our product delivery method is FOB. If you have a trusted freight forwarding partner in Taiwan, you are also welcome to share the contact window with us.
